If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 10 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

• Returns within the norwau should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please use posten to do so. For international returns, please use a tracking service such as UPS or DHL.
